Pork Back Ribs
Everyone loves a good rack of ribs. But do you bake them or do you barbeque them? Fear not, as you can use Eadrey's Signature BBQ Sauce to spice up both dishes.

- Remove ribs and place in a baking dish meat side down.
- Take Eadrey's Signature BBQ Sauce and pour over the ribs.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 325*F oven for 1 hour.
B.B.Q. Pork back Ribs
- In a large cooking pot place ribs and fill pot with enough water to cover ribs, combine salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until ribs are tender.
- Place your ribs on the grill bone side down. Brush with Eadrey's Signature BBQ Sauce turning over after 20 minutes.
- Wait 20 minutes and turn over and brush more Eadrey's Signature BBQ Sauce onto the ribs.
- Keep turning over the ribs and brush with remaining Signature BBQ Sauce every 10 minutes until cooked.
Occasionally, after I have boiled the ribs, I also marinade them in a plastic bag for 2 hours before barbequing or baking.
