Jerk Cod Fillets

Ingredients

4 fresh cod fillets
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of Jerk Dry Rub
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil

Directions
- Mix bread crumb & jerk dry rub together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Put cod fillets on a large platter and pour olive oil all over the cod.
- Dip each each piece of cod in bread crumb mixture.
- Arrange the cod on a baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Remove and serve.
Serves 4. Enjoy!
