Grilled Salmon Skewers
- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut salmon into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
- Tread 3-4 pieces of salmon on each skewer.
- Brush olive all over salmon skewers.
- Sprinkle with dry all over.
- On a greased grill over medium heat place the skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes turning twice.
Serve with summer salad or grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
