Grilled Lamb Chops with Jerk Rub
- 4 lamb loin chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon jerk dry rub
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
- Mix jerk rub and rosemary together.
- Rub into lamb chops and set aside.
- Preheat bbq gills to medium heat.
- Grill lamb chop about 5 minutes per side for medium rare (cooking will depend on thickness of lamb chops).
Serve 2 per person with grilled vegetables and salad. Enjoy!
