Chipotle Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup of bread crumbs

1/4 cup of Chipotle BBQ Dry Rub

1/4 cup of Olive Oil
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into long 1/2 inch strips.
- Mix bread crumb & Chipotle BBQ dry rub together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Put chicken strips in a large bowl.
- Pour olive oil over chicken.
- Dip each chicken strip in the bowl with bread crumb mixture.
- Arrange chicken strips on a baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Remove and serve.
Serves 4. Enjoy!
