Chipotle Breaded Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients 6- 8 chicken drumsticks 2 tablespoon chipotle dry rub ¾ cup dry bread-crumbs 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
2. Grease a shallow baking dish with olive oil large enough to hold all the chicken pieces.
3. Mix bread crumbs and chipotle in a large zip-lock bag.
4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil all over the drumstick.
5. Coat drumstick by pitting them in bag of chipotle mixture and shaking it around (2 drumsticks at a time).
6. Place chicken piece in baking dish. Continue with each piece.
7. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
8. Remove and serve.
